I weigh 116 and I only see level 1 meal plan starting weight at 135. Should I follow that meal plan or drop 100 calories? Level 1 is more like my maintenance calories.

Hey all,

I just paid a few minutes ago to join the 6wk program starting on jan30. I loved shift shop and wanted to support chris as I think heā€™s amazingly motivational.

  1. It seems like there are 4 workouts and a 7-10min ab workout each week. Is that correct?

  2. Is there a calendar to follow?

  1. When will the live zoom calls be? Sign in details?

Came home straight up exhausted - sometimes my fatigue is out of this world but I have two choices ā€¦ be a diagnosis or be the fighter Iā€™ve been my whole life! So, I chose me! I took minute by minute and guess what - I felt better!

If there is one thing I learned in my fitness journey these passed 9 years is -it was to believe in myselfā€¦ it goes such a long way, letting go of the anchors and and being aware of what triggers us to fall off course so we stay on track in becoming the person we are meant to be. I mean the only person that stops you from living your best lifeā€¦ is YOU!

Staying conscious is the best thing you can learn. I lived half my life on autopilot while complaining that things wouldnā€™t change when in all actuality all that needed to change was my attitude and mindset. ā€¦. We are not our problems or situation or our diagnosisā€¦ we simply are who and what we choose to be!

A version of the old you will always try and creep in some how but donā€™t let it! Stay focused! Stay conscious! Stay aware! Remember your I Am!
