Hey there! I always apply my bracket based on my goal weight. Choose the bracket based on what u want to weigh.

Hmmm thatā€™s a great question. Maybe drop 100-200 calories and do intermittent fasting. Iā€™m actually curious about how to approach this. Youā€™re making me use my brainšŸ˜©
