Hey there! I always apply my bracket based on my goal weight. Choose the bracket based on what u want to weigh.

Hmmm that’s a great question. Maybe drop 100-200 calories and do intermittent fasting. I’m actually curious about how to approach this. You’re making me use my brain😩
