Hi there, just curious, when does the 6 week challenge start?
Anyone else finishing week 1 tomorrow?! Whew this thing is killer but today went way better than day 1! I can already feel the strength and stamina growing. Less breaks and less lung burn 😅

I downloaded the nutrition info but I'm lost as to how to interpret the meal plan levels. For example, does level 1 plan mean we SHOULD be consuming that number of calories if we currently weigh 135-154? Or if our goal weight is to be 135-154?
