• Daily Shred Workouts – High-intensity, fat-scorching HIIT and Strength workouts designed to maximize cardio while building lean muscle all in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. Workouts are 6 days a week. 2 Live Workouts (Tuesday/Thursday 5:30am-5:55am Est.) Modifications for all exercises if needed.
• Guided Nutrition Plan By Meghan Kozlowski – Simplified meals that fuel performance and accelerate fat loss.
• Accountability Coaching – Check-ins in the private Facebook group to keep you locked in, focused, and and accountable.
