Over The Edge is a 6 Week Fitness Program with a performance based nutrition plan and workout calendar. This 6 Week Hybrid Program is broken down into 4 Phases to lean you out, while building lean muscle, and increasing your strength. The workouts consist of cardio and strength exercises using resistance bands, dumbbells and a stepper. Phase 4 adds a slight twist to the Hybrid Program as all workouts are 30 minutes or less with the use of kettlebells (optional) and dumbbells.
